01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing b-cube.gr (the "Site") or placing an order through any of our channels, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and B·Cube, a food delivery service operating in Athens, Greece ("B·Cube", "we", "us", "our").
02 Description of Services
B·Cube provides a premium breakfast delivery service, curating and delivering breakfast boxes sourced from partnered hotels in Athens, Greece. Our services include:
- Browsing and selecting from our curated breakfast menu
- Placing orders for next-morning delivery within the Attica region
- Customisation of breakfast boxes based on dietary requirements
- Scheduled delivery to hotels, residences, or any address within our delivery zone
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
03 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order with B·Cube. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
04 Orders & Payments
All orders must be placed by 9:00 PM the evening prior to the desired delivery date. Orders submitted after this deadline may be accommodated at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
Prices displayed on the Site are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required by Greek law. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard) — collected at delivery
- Viva Wallet digital payments
- Bank transfer (IBAN provided upon confirmation)
- Cash on delivery (by prior arrangement only)
An order confirmation email will be sent within 30 minutes of submission. This confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract of sale.
05 Delivery Policy
We deliver within the Attica region, including central Athens, Glyfada, Kifisia, Marousi, and surrounding areas. Delivery is available between the following hours:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 14:00 AM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 14:00 AM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 14:00 PM
While we make every effort to deliver within your selected time slot, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. B·Cube is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure someone is present to receive the order. If a delivery cannot be completed due to your absence and no alternative arrangement has been made, the order will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.
06 Cancellations & Refunds
Given the perishable and bespoke nature of our products, our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Before 9:00 PM the evening prior: Full cancellation and refund available, no questions asked.
- After 9:00 PM the evening prior: Cancellations are not accepted as preparation has commenced.
- Quality issues: If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or of unsatisfactory quality, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
07 Intellectual Property
All content on the B·Cube website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, menu descriptions, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of B·Cube or its licensors and is protected under Greek and EU copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this Site without our express written consent.
08 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, B·Cube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to allergic reactions from undisclosed dietary requirements, loss of enjoyment, or delays beyond our control.
Allergen Notice: Our products are prepared in hotel kitchens where allergens including gluten, dairy, nuts, eggs, and soy are regularly used. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us directly before placing an order.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
09 Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
10 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email (if you have an account) or by posting a prominent notice on our Site. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
